RNA上已经报道了超过170种RNA修饰,这些修饰影响着RNA的合成,转运,功能和代谢,进而调节细胞功能。近年来,包括m6A,m7G,ac4C,m5C等在内的RNA修饰成为生命科学的研究热点。

RNA修饰研究方法


RNA修饰的研究方法主要有两种,一是基于抗体的免疫共沉淀的IP法(RIP-Seq),这个方法常用来研究m6A,m7G,ac4C等修饰,另外一种是基于化合物转换法比如亚硫酸氢盐的Bisulfite-seq,一般用来研究m5C和Ψ等修饰(后者也称为BID-seq)。
