▍ATAC-seq介绍
ATAC-seq(Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) 是一种广泛用于研究基因组中开放染色质区域的高通量测序技术。其使用Tn5转座酶将染色质中的开放区域特异性地切割并标记,随后这些被标记的DNA片段会被分离,扩增和测序,从而产生一个基因组范围的染色质可访问性图谱。
